Sales and Marketing Team 

ForwardKeys is a travel analytics company, providing data on travel trends to different kinds of businesses, from hotels to destination marketing organization and travel retailers.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and organized salesforce expert to help us better manage company data working with different teams, like sales, marketing, product, finance IT, and customer success.

Since we are a small company, your tasks will be very diverse. They will range from Salesforce admin tasks, to training teams in using the tool correctly, to organizing and managing our CRM system and sales contacts database. Additional objectives are to perform business analyses and thereby supporting the marketing and sales team in improving conversion rates.

You will report on KPIs monthly. These will be discussed with the team to improve marketing content and campaigns. These insights will be used for the planning and execution of campaigns, the optimization of lead scoring, nurturing, conversion and improving the marketing-sales process.

The position

  • Salesforce admin, reflecting product updates in the system.
  • Salesforce coach, training the sales team in correctly tracking their contacts and opportunities.
  • Ensuring correct integration of additional tools, like Hubspot, an ERP system and Zendesk.
  • Analyse marketing and sales metrics and report on points of improvement.
  • Support with the building and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

Personal skills and experience

  • Study area: A bachelor or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Be proficient in English.
  • Experience working Agile.
  • Familiarity with product marketing principles and persona development.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of: Salesforce (process builder, workflow rules, roll-up helper, …), HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zendesk and other tools connected to SalesForce.
