Among individual countries with more than 1.5% share, <\/span>Vietnam (+152%)<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>Saudi Arabia (+128%)<\/span><\/b> lead the growth rankings, followed by <\/span>Sri Lanka (+82%)<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>Hong Kong (+77%)<\/span><\/b>, and <\/span>Japan (+74%)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
