Data Exports and Insight Sharing
Edit or export tables, charts, and graphs
Upon clicking on the three-dot hidden menu [A], you will see three types of picture files are available: PNG, JPG, and SVG, as well as printing option.
There are several buttons available for the summary table to help you customise the table elements before downloading:
- a switch button (B) to switch the market share display between bar chart and pie chart.
- the curved arrows (C) to adjust label positions of the pie chart.
- include/exclude elements from the chart by checking/unchecking the boxes next to them (D).
For the detailed graph with absolute figures, there are five display options available including stacked area, 100% stacked area, lines, stacked lines or lines with logarithmic scale.
Download raw data, download absolute figures
Raw data, or absolute figures, can be downloaded in different formats. The button to download this query data is found in the toolbar. The options include:
- Excel: exports the data for all markets that are displayed in the current query, meaning a maximum of 15 markets.
- Excel1: exports the data for all markets in the current query, even if they are not displayed on the screen.
- XML: exports the data as an XML file.
- Flight Details: this option only appears for Capacity dataset, it is an excel table with all the flights and their respective flight details.
Information is always displayed in the same way so it can be used as input for your own working files.
A summary of the parameters chosen for the query is included in the first worksheet of the excel exports (as well as in the hidden rows at the top of each worksheet).
Share a screenshot PDF in email
“Send to a friend as PDF” button (A) is available in the tool bar. It generates a PDF report with the query criteria, tables, and graphs on the current page that you are viewing. The email will include a link to the analysis, so that the recipient can accurately replicate the same analysis under his/her own account.
Clicking the button opens a pop up box where you can edit the text in the comment area (A-1), which will appear in the first page of the PDF document. You must type in the email addresses to which you would like to send the PDF (A-2) and name of the report (A-3).
Schedule a PDF report to your email
Scheduled a recurrent report button is available in the toolbar. Recurrent reports can be scheduled to be delivered by email daily, weekly or monthly, with the same parameters. In the pop up window, the report name, frequency, delivery date, and time frame for the report need to be defined.

Save the queries for later analysis
Save your favourite query button is available in the toolbar. All queries can be saved by clicking the corresponding star icon. Type in the name of your query; once it is saved you can access it by selecting it in the drop-down menu of the section where you have stored the query. The saved queries replicate exactly the same parameters at any time.
Now you are ready to share insights with your colleagues or download the raw data for in-depth analyses.
