Working at ForwardKeys is challenging. As the company makes the step from a start-up to bigger company the company changes fast and we all have to keep up with that pace. At the same time the market for data services is changing and we have to stay on top of product development. That also means that your input will be valuable; you can - or better said: are expected - to share your ideas and develop them.
We are all flexible, as we understand that doing your job well is more important than being in the office every day from 9 to 5.
We come from all over the world, and while some of us work remotely, in the office you will find many different nationalities. We have lunch together in our kitchen or somewhere outside every day, and regularly go for after-work drinks.

ForwardKeys recently acquired a market-leading travel analytics software, aiming at addressing the needs within the Travel Retail market, by delivering key passenger and nationality metrics amongst the world’s top airports.
The granularity of the data allows for a detailed analysis of the departures, destinations, nationalities, airlines, and retailers broken-down by the hour to the terminal level.
We are now looking for a Product Owner to drive this product strategy to the next level and achieve our strong ambitions for the Travel Retail sector.
ForwardKeys empowers businesses around the world by providing access to a near real-time picture of who is travelling where and when, viewing the traveller at each stage of their journey. This information is then complemented with additional datasets to help companies make science-led business decisions.
That is why it is pivotal for ForwardKeys to develop the right products per business vertical in the travel ecosystem, such as for destination marketing organisations, brands, retailers, airports, and hotels.
Over the past 18 months, ForwardKeys has developed and released a prototype of a new product designed specifically for the needs of DMOs called “Destination Gateway”. We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner to move this product strategy to the next level.
We are looking for a QA Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, to come and reinforce our Quality Control team. You will be dealing working closely with the development team, sitting together in the same room, being an essential element of the SCRUM process. Your tasks will encompass test suite definition, expression of acceptance criteria, manual one-off testing and automation of non-regression tests and reports. You will also take part in the daily quality control of Big Data feeds.
They say data is the new gold. Like gold, data in isolation has no value. It needs to be analysed to understand what it means and to get the most out of it. Are you good at digging, sifting through a data goldmine? Then we’re looking for you. All jokes aside, we’re looking for an insights expert who can help our clients fully understand and appreciate the power of travel data.
