(the “Company” or “We/us”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all visitors of our Website ( and any other ForwardKeys’ domain that expressly links to this document. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the use of personal data collected and processed through our Website or otherwise provided to us by email or via other sites that link to us.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the ForwardKeys Terms and Conditions.

2. Personal data collection

 Newsletters: Upon subscribing to our newsletters, we will collect the following data: email address, which we will consider to be personal if it is not a corporate or professional email account, and your name. This data is obligatory and if it is not provided you will not be able to subscribe. This data is used for processing your request and contacting you for further communications, and in any event will be processed pursuant to these terms.

Webinar Registration: On registering for one of our Webinars, we will collect the following data: First name, Last name, Company name, address and country, VAT number, Email and Phone number. This data is obligatory and if they are not provided, an account cannot be created.

Contacts, leads, clients: On requesting contact with us, asking for any document download, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email, Industry, Company Name, Country, and also the contents of your message to us. This data is obligatory and if it is not provided, we cannot respond correctly to you.

3. Use of personal data

General. Your Personal Data is solely used by us for the development of our contact with you, for the provision and management of your account and the Services provided, to provide you access to any webinar you subscribed to, to measure and improve our services and features, to provide you with customer support, for compliance with the Terms and Conditions and other legal communications, and to carry out our obligations under any contract between us, and more generally to comply with regulatory and judicial procedures, resolve disputes between us, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to protect our legitimate interests.

The legal basis of this processing is your consent, as well as our legitimate interest to contact you and respond to your requests and for our leads and clients, for entering into and performing our contract. If you opt-in, we will also send our newsletters, notification emails or commercial communications in general about the Services and products and any new features, offers or promotions offered by us.

We may process such information internally on an aggregated non-identifiable basis for establishing user general attributes and profiles, understanding better the use of our services and our clients’ needs, and improving our services.

International transfer: Your contact data may be accessed on a confidential and secure basis by our overseas staff and contractors as we provide our services and support globally.

4. Data Retention.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or until the deactivation of your account either by you or by us. After that period, the data will be retained (in a blocked and secure manner) for the required period of legal and administrative liability and to comply with legal obligations and other purposes set out above, which may be up to 10 years according to current applicable law.

5. Commercial Communications.

By ticking the corresponding check box or subscribing to our newsletter, you expressly consent to receive electronic commercial communications regarding the subject matter of the Website and other Services in accordance to applicable law, including alerts, notices, newsletters, offers and promotions. 7. Consent
