Forward Data S.L. (the “Company” or “We/us”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all visitors of our Website (www.forwardkeys.com) and any other ForwardKeys’ domain that expressly links to this document, and people we exchange any type of communications with. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the use of personal data collected and processed through our Website or otherwise provided to us by email or via other sites that link to us.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the ForwardKeys Terms and Conditions.
1. User consent
By accessing to or using our Website, and in particular by providing your personal information to us, or contacting us for any reason, you are required to explicitly accept this Privacy Policy and provide us with full consent, when needed, to the collection, storage and processing of personal data for which you are responsible in accordance with the terms set out in this policy, including the sending of electronic communications, as the case may be.
If you wish to receive commercial communications (defined below) from us, you can expressly subscribe to our newsletter or check the corresponding tick box. Once you have subscribed, you may opt out by sending a notification to info@forwardkeys.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link from all future emails in our email communications, or using the opt-out form at update your email preferences.
2. Personal data collection
Newsletters: Upon subscribing to our newsletters, we will collect the following data: your name, last name, industry and email address. These data are obligatory and if they are not provided you will not be able to subscribe. Furthermore, you can provide us with the following optional data: company name and country. These data is used for processing your request and contacting you for further communications, and in any event will be processed pursuant to these terms.
Webinar Registration: On registering for one of our webinars, we will collect the following data: name, last name, email, job position, company name, industry and country. This data is obligatory and if they are not provided, an account cannot be created.
Contact, leads, clients: On requesting contact with us, asking for any document download, we collect name, last name, email, job position, company name, industry, country, phone number and also the contents of your message to us. This data is obligatory and if it is not provided, we cannot respond correctly to you.
Electronic communications: when exchanging electronic communications with You, via email, chat or other electronic means, we will collect and process your name, your email address, the content of the communications and any additional information you provide us with.
3. Use of personal data
The table below explains the purpose for processing your data and the legal basis we base our processing on.
Furthermore, all data we collect and process will be processed to comply with regulatory and judicial procedures, and to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject.
We may process such information internally on an aggregated non-identifiable basis for establishing user general attributes and profiles, understanding better the use of our services and our clients’ needs, and improving our services.
Disclosure. We treat your Personal Data with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable law. International staff: Your contact data may be accessed on a confidential and secure basis by our overseas staff and contractors as we provide our services and support globally.
4. Data Retention.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or until the deactivation of your account either by you or by us. After that period, the data will be retained (in a blocked and secure manner) for the required period of legal and administrative liability and to comply with legal obligations and other purposes set out above, which may be up to 10 years according to current applicable law.
5. Commercial Communications.
By ticking the corresponding check box or subscribing to our newsletter, you expressly consent to receive electronic commercial communications regarding the subject matter of the Website and other Services in accordance to applicable law, including alerts, notices, newsletters, offers and promotions. If you do not wish to receive information from us you can expressly opt out by sending a notification to info@forwardkeys.com
6. User Rights
You are informed you may exercise at any time right to the portability of your data sent to us, to access, rectify, erase, block and oppose any processing of your personal data by sending an email request to es gdpr-arco@forwardkeys.com or by writing to Forward Data S.L. Paseo Alameda 48 B 1-2 46023 Valencia, Spain. Withdrawal will not have retroactive effects but may prevent us from providing certain services.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in this case the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
7. Consent
By completing any website form(s) and submitting to us your personal data, or using any credentials to access our platform, you declare to have read and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, you expressly and unequivocally consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by us in accordance with the indicated purposes and this Privacy Policy. Unless a specific local regulation of mandatory application provides otherwise, the Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Spain.
